1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using KitchenDesk, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the application.

2. Description of Service

KitchenDesk is a professional mobile application for kitchen equipment service technicians. The app provides tools to manage customers, equipment assets, service tickets, inventory, and generate AI-powered reports. The service requires an active internet connection and a registered account.

3. Account Registration

To use KitchenDesk, you must:

• Create an account with a valid email address
• Verify your email address before accessing the application
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

KitchenDesk is offered under a subscription model managed through Google Play Store. The following terms apply:

• A free trial period may be offered to new users at our discretion
• After the trial period, continued use requires an active paid subscription
• Subscription fees are billed automatically through Google Play Store
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Google Play account settings
• Refunds are handled in accordance with Google Play Store refund policies

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice to users.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use KitchenDesk only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the app to store or transmit any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the application or its underlying systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Use the application to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties
• Use automated tools or scripts to access the application

6. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of the business data you enter into KitchenDesk, including customer information, equipment records, service history, and reports. We do not claim any ownership over your data.

By using the application, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

7. AI-Generated Content

KitchenDesk uses artificial intelligence (powered by Groq AI) to assist with generating service reports. AI-generated content is provided as a tool to assist you and should be reviewed before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all reports before sharing them with customers.

8. Intellectual Property

KitchenDesk, including its design, code, logo, and features, is the exclusive property of Rafael Yanez. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, trade names, or service marks. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the application without our explicit written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

KitchenDesk is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the application is at your sole risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rafael Yanez shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use KitchenDesk.

11. Service Interruptions

We strive to keep KitchenDesk available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms of Service. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the application. Your continued use of KitchenDesk after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, through binding arbitration.
