Delete Account Request

If you wish to permanently delete your KitchenDesk account and all associated data, send a deletion request by email to:

Include the following information in your email:

• Subject line: "KitchenDesk — Account Deletion Request"
• The email address associated with your KitchenDesk account
• A brief statement confirming you wish to permanently delete your account

We will process your request within 5 business days and confirm deletion via email.

What Data Is Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed from our servers:

• Your account credentials from Firebase Authentication
• All customer records you created
• All equipment/asset records and associated photos
• All service tickets and reports
• All inventory and parts records
• All business sites and location data
• Your company profile and settings

Data That May Be Retained

We may retain certain non-personal technical logs for up to 30 days after account deletion for fraud prevention and security purposes. This data does not include your business information or personal content.

Cancel Your Subscription First

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your Google Play subscription. To avoid future charges, please cancel your subscription separately before requesting account deletion:

• Open the Google Play Store app
• Tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
• Find KitchenDesk and tap Cancel subscription

Refunds for unused subscription time are handled according to Google Play Store's refund policy.
